I Think every one is busy preparing for the new syllabus for IAS. I searched a lot for the sample papers for CSAT-2011 and thankfully i got one from JTS Institute's website. What you need to do is simply create a login and You will be able to access them.

thanks for the link... I have also enrolled in test series course for IAS prelims exam at http://www.wiziq.com/course/4631-how-to-select-the-best-optionals-for-ias. Also this post helped me get more papers. I am collecting as many questions for ias exams to help me prepare better.
